This place is almost always packed, bartenders slinging drinks, and a good vibe all around. We’ve been here a few times and always meet some of the most interesting people!

The Sazeracs here are better than everywhere else we’ve tried. Maybe it’s the way they make it, the ingredients, the atmosphere?

Our most recent visit (last night) was at the bar, and Chad took care of us. He was super fun and knew his flavors! Tell him what you like, and let the master amaze you!

As busy as they are, be assertive with your order if they get swamped and maybe forgot your order. It’s worth it!

Had to go have a sazerac at the place named after the drink.  We didn't stay in the hotel, but it looked beautiful.  We were lucky and got seats at the bar.  Our bartender was kinda cranky and didn't speak a word to us.  Drink was good though.  We also met some super nice people who were sitting near us which is always fun.  Cocktails were $22 just sayin.

A fabulous and elegant bar located inside the Waldorf Astoria/Roosevelt hotel. Extensive handcrafted cocktail menu as well as the full bar and wine selections. The atmosphere is extremely elegant and elevated. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Jessica was our cocktail waitress when we were there last weekend for my 40th birthday. She was such a pleasure and delight. The Ramos Gin Fizz was amazing and out of this world - I'm still dreaming of that cocktail. What a lovely way to close out our trip and experience in NoLa. Amazing hospitality and such great staff (cocktail service, quality, ambience, water refill, everything). Amazing!

We love the Sazerac bar.  Not only is it gorgeous,  but the service is sublime.   Cocktails are always top-notch.  Sometimes, a rowdy crowd comes in and stand out like a sore thumb. (This is really more of a light jazz and good conversation kind of bar)
The bar is well provisioned, and skilled staff will create exceptional libations. All the New Orleans classics are available.  Best French 75 in town 😉 Also they have a really good top-shelf/Rare sips menu.
