One of the BEST Dining Experiences in Stowe! The drinks , works of art made by Brian and his team ,  food is exceptional and the passion shines through in all of Aaron’s dishes ! We enjoyed several and are already looking forward to our next visit! Best dining experience we had in Vermont
Every dish we tried was extremely good, curated in details and flavorful.

Wow! We sat at the kitchen bar and it was an amazing treat. The show was good but the food even better. I ventured out into the pork realm, a risky proposition at times. I was rewarded with an incredibly moist and savory chop balanced on a sea of creamed corn and topped with shishito peppers. I honestly suffered momentary depression after the last bite.
My malaise was quickly replaced by joy when informed they were serving my all-time favorite dessert, Banana’s Foster. My wife lobbied to share but that dog wouldn’t hunt. Suffice it to say, this dessert was prepared as well as any I have ever had. A fantastic meal and show all wrapped up into one.

We had five dinners in Stowe, and our meal at Plate was by far our favorite. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Chef’s counter (highly recommend), and it was a blast to watch the kitchen at work. The food was very good. And the cocktails were spot on. Fantastic fig old fashioned. So glad we got in to eat here. It is a hot spot!

The best dinner I had in Stowe. The smoked trout and mussels appetizers followed by the cod and fettuccine mains were phenomenal. And I’ll remember the chocolate almond tart dessert forever - considering another trip to Stowe just to have it again!

I highly recommend coming here for dinner, and to grab reservation in advance. Thank you to the whole team at Plate for your wonderful service, and compliments to the chef!
