For Brunch I love it a lot, really delicate and considerate services. For menu of regular dinner, not a fan.

This review is really about the restaurant service, while was fantastic. I’d like to specifically mention our server Javieria at dinner in the Italian restaurant. She was most attentive and dealt with our special requests with flair and grace. She made our dining experience a pleasure. Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful and all of the other staff was prompt and attentive.

Food was not bad, however this place is pretty expensive with very small portions and to be honest even though the food is not bad, it is also not even close to being worth the price tag. Service is extremely slow though they try their best to accommodate your needs. Unless someone else is paying, I wouldn’t come back again.

I’m dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant, particularly with one server. Despite our loyalty to various Mandarin oriental hotels, this property has been the most disappointing. After over 30 hours of travel, we chose Senso Restaurant for a quick and easy meal to get back to resting . However, our experience was marred when the server, a chubbier gentleman, repeatedly ignored us, first was when we attempted to order and second time when we tried get help during dinner. To my absolute shock, he on purposely ignored when I was trying to speak to him, so i waved at him as he walked by our table and said “excuse me sir, can you please….” He cut me off instantly and said he only want to serve his tables and that he is not our server. Despite his claim that he only served assigned tables, I observed him assisting others with enthusiasm. This behavior was not in line with the standard we expect from Mandarin Oriental hotels and left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.

Despite one particular server, the other female server who was on the same duty was very willing and served us with pleasure.

Food was delicious however I spent way too much time waiting for someone to not only bring me menus but waiting for them to take our order that whole sequence took roughly an hour. Last remarks "food was delicious I had (fettuccine pesto) it was delicious however for that as well I waited way to long all round 2 hours.
