For Brunch I love it a lot, really delicate and considerate services. For menu of regular dinner, not a fan.

This review is really about the restaurant service, while was fantastic. I’d like to specifically mention our server Javieria at dinner in the Italian restaurant. She was most attentive and dealt with our special requests with flair and grace. She made our dining experience a pleasure. Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful and all of the other staff was prompt and attentive.

Food was not bad, however this place is pretty expensive with very small portions and to be honest even though the food is not bad, it is also not even close to being worth the price tag. Service is extremely slow though they try their best to accommodate your needs. Unless someone else is paying, I wouldn’t come back again.

I’m dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant, particularly with one server. Despite our loyalty to various Mandarin oriental hotels, this property has been the most disappointing. After over 30 hours of travel, we chose Senso Restaurant for a quick and easy meal to get back to resting . However, our experience was marred when the server, a chubbier gentleman, repeatedly ignored us, first was when we attempted to order and second time when we tried get help during dinner. To my absolute shock, he on purposely ignored when I was trying to speak to him, so i waved at him as he walked by our table and said “excuse me sir, can you please….” He cut me off instantly and said he only want to serve his tables and that he is not our server. Despite his claim that he only served assigned tables, I observed him assisting others with enthusiasm. This behavior was not in line with the standard we expect from Mandarin Oriental hotels and left me feeling disappointed and disrespected.

Despite one particular server, the other female server who was on the same duty was very willing and served us with pleasure.

Food was delicious however I spent way too much time waiting for someone to not only bring me menus but waiting for them to take our order that whole sequence took roughly an hour. Last remarks "food was delicious I had (fettuccine pesto) it was delicious however for that as well I waited way to long all round 2 hours.

Underbar mat, mycket uppmärksam service, varm och vänlig. I synnerhet José var en lysande servitör. Skulle starkt rekommendera denna restaurang

Vi åt här två gånger, tänkte första gången var bara en dålig servitris, men den andra gången var lika dålig. Verkligen dålig ledning här och tjänsten är så dålig att det skulle överraska någon.

Mat tillagad dåligt, service inte mycket bättre. Köket visste inte hur man korrekt lagar mat som begärts av kunden. Personalen försvann för mycket tid. Även kontrollen var fel och måste rättas till.

Servicen var fruktansvärd vår servitör gjort så många misstag glömma att ta med saker eller få saker fel. Servitören som byggde på att jag var en i min ungdom förstod inte hur man var servitör. Min filébiff beställdes medium bra men var 50 % sällsynt med 10 % medium bra och resten var fett. Servitören kom aldrig tillbaka för att kolla om maten så min fru åt sin förrätt snd först efter att hon hade slutat dök min servitör upp. Ingen chef eller arbetsledare var på golvet och såg till att beskyddarna togs om hand. Behovet av att bättre utbilda sin personal. Mycket nedslående som vi valde detta 5-stjärniga hotell att bo förväntar sig service och kvalitet i samband med en Mandarin egendom.

Vi hade en underbar tid och Javiera servitörerna gjorde hela skillnaden. Full var utsökt. Vi firade vår bröllopsdag.

Vi ätit här för två frukostar, en lunch och en middag medan vi bodde på Mandarin. Frukost var fantastisk, även om mycket dyra om inte ingår i ditt rumspris. Lunch- och middagsmenyerna är desamma. Jag ätde pasta carbonara till lunch, som jag åtnjöt grundligt. Till middagen slutade min fru beställa rotolo de spinachi. Det var för rikt och för grimligt för vår smak.

När vi bodde på Mandarin Oriental ätade vi här en kväll. Maten var verkligen imponerande - läcker, väl presenterad och tankeväckande skapad. Vi hade carpaccio av nötkött med kanderade valnötter och gräddsås med blå ost som var utmärkt. Canalloni av krabba - som var krabba serveras i ett rör avokado - jag älskade det. Sedan hade vi räkorrisotto och ravioli för lax - båda var bra. Tjänsten var mycket bra och maten serverades snabbt och med entusiasm. Vi drack Pisco Sours som var ljusa och klibbiga. Min enda stora kritik för kvällen var priset på vin. Ett glas vin var 8000 CHP (cirka 11 US $) vilket jag tyckte var alldeles för mycket. Vi hade inte dessert. Måltiden kan till cirka $ 70 för två av oss.

Som alltid är september en av de roligaste tiderna att besöka Chile och som alltid tycker jag om att bo på hotell Santiago och har chansen att stå upp varje morgon och njuta av min frukost i bästa miljö. . . alla arbetar här Få mig att känna att jag är hemma. . . Valeska ser alltid till att jag får allt jag behöver, tack vare henne och all personal som arbetar med Valeska är detta team det bästa ???

Som italiensk var jag helt nöjd med den stora matkvaliteten och den autentiska beredningen. Dessutom var service och uppmärksamhet till kunden av våra servitörer Alvaro y Hamlet absolut perfekt!

Okej, jag måste säga att jag har upplevt den bästa servicen här i hela mitt liv. Den här killen som heter Tiago har gett entusiasm, sötma, elegans, vänlighet, bara allt du kan tänka på från en professionell service. Jag hade dåligt humör på grund av något i mitt arbete och mitt liv den dagen jag besökte det. Den här killen gjorde just min dag! Han hade leende hela tiden och han tog hand om alla detaljer. Ja, just det! Jag älskade deras bacalao! Och det rekommenderas starkt!

Vi tycker mycket om denna restaurang eftersom inte bara maten är utmärkt utan tjänsten är så trevlig. Vi har ätit där några gånger tidigare och aldrig varit besvikna. Varierad meny, utmärkta Pisco Sours och så härligt att kallas med namn.

Jag kan med ärlighet säga att detta är den bästa restaurangen i Santiago! Hamlet var en underbar servitör som gav oss service bättre än 100%. Atmosfären, maten och vår servitör med service var bara otroligt. Det här är vår andra gång tillbaka och du är lyckligare än någonsin. Maten är så bra och tjänsten är mycket professionell. Fantastisk lunch på senso. Bufféen inkluderade japansk mat från sin asiatiska fusionrestaurang. Sushi, sashimi och sallader. Parrilla var färskt och läckra men stjärnan i showen var tjänsten, särskilt Abraham, som är en jätte bland män och var artig, artig, hjälpsam och alldeles fantastisk. Fulla stjärnor och rekommenderas för alla som kommer till Santiago.

Vi åt här som vi bodde på hotellet och var utan bil. Bara i stan för eftermiddagen innan du lämnar tidigt på morgonen. Jag antar vad jag försöker säga är att om vi inte var med en grupp skulle vi ha migandered bort från hotellet och hittade ett bättre val i stan. Ganska dyr, men du måste förstå var du äter - detta hotell är inte en cheapy. Bottom line - maten är anständigt, men för att få en riktigt bra chilensk måltid skulle jag gå in i stan.
