The location is fantastic, just opposite of the ceramics museum, and at 300 meters of Piazza de la Reina and the Cathedral. The hotel is cozy and clean, with a lot of staff at reception; linked with a popular restaurant where it serves breakfast. The room was large and bright, and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean; I had the impression it did not have ventilation. The shower and sink were very modern, but the shower sprayed water everywhere, and the sink was not efficient - not deep enough for washing properly. We found in the room 2 complimentary bottles of water, and a kettle with complimentary teas and coffees. The reception staff was kind to keep our luggage for half of day after check out. Our room was in front of the elevator and we could hear noises from the elevator and the neighboring rooms. Wifi not great. We found the price too high for what we got.

The front desk staff were pleasant, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends with this hotel. Despite being a 4-star property charging over €100 per night, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was unbelievably bad, and the pillows were of very poor quality. We’re not overly picky guests, but when paying a premium for a 4-star hotel, we expect a decent night’s sleep and proper rest.

Noise isolation in this hotel is nonexistent. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing in the next room. The worst part was the night before our departure when our neighbors were partying. Despite calling the front desk to ask them to intervene, the noise continued for another hour, leaving us unable to rest. To make matters worse, our room was next to the elevators, so we had to endure the constant sound of lifts moving, doors opening, and people talking throughout the night.

On top of that, the hotel itself emits a strange noise (perhaps pipes) which made it impossible to sleep without using noise-canceling headphones.

If a good night’s sleep matters to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the price.

I don't think think is a 4 star Hotel  I think should be 3 stars. The girl in reception was really very slow ,to book as in took her 30 minutes,  she was just tapping on the PC I don't know what. Was the longest booking in my life.
The room wasn't the one I saw on the Hotel site, I chose one with big windows.  I didn't said nothing in reception because that girl was all the time there I didn't want to loose all my precious day to explain that is not the room I chose for y holiday.
The staff was doing a good job to clean the room, but the bed was really very hard and the bath is not 4 stars.

I will start this review by saying this  is not a reflection on the hotel staff ,the hotel location etc these two are flawless.
It has excellent staff ,it's a brilliant location .
What I will bring to people's attention which has been mentioned previously ,the noise from outside penetrates through the hotel walls ,the Walls either are not sound proofed or poorly constructed ,you can literally hear people sneezing and coughing adjacent to your rooms.
Again I will reiterate the hotel is superb,rooms are Lovely,and staff are excellent.
It's the noise issue is the major fault with this hotel .

Problematic internet connection, extremely noisy (adjoining rooms, corridor), tiny bathroom, substandard offer of TV channels. Excellent location. Personnel OK, no less, no more.
