My first experience at Amarantos was serendipitous as it happened to be their last day at the current address.
From the room setup (efficiency and thoughtfulness) to the selection of tableware, one could see the team's dedication. The wine pairing was both intriguing and high-quality, catering to special requests from guests. Overall, the service was exceptionally attentive.

Moving on to the highlight – the food. The most delightful surprise was the texture of the chiffon-cakish bread, a unique accompaniment that was surprisingly well-balanced and the standout of the evening. Following that, the Turnip Consomme was a wow as well, a clear and rich soup extracted entirely from turnips, offering purity and depth of flavor.

Lastly, the main course of the day, as someone who isn't typically a fan of duck, this was arguably one of the most outstanding duck dishes I've ever had. The balance of texture and flavor was exceptional.

My husband and I had an exceptional dining experience at Amarantos. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The desserts were divine, and both the main dishes, especially the fish and beef, were prepared to perfection. Each dish was a true culinary masterpiece. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for top-quality food and a wonderful dining atmosphere.

Food was amazing and the service was phenomenal. Had the dinner omakase set along with recommended pairing wines by the staff which led to an enjoyable experience. Would definitely come here again. The staff speaks English fluently and were very accommodating.

One of our best Michelin star experience so far. Cosy and intimate restaurant. Wonderful presentation and great taste of all plats. The service was also perfect. Thank you to the all team for the amazing dining experience.

Elegant serving, amazing taste, perfect size of the course. Bread is the best I ever tried at any restaurants. Also the pork is beyond the expectations! The chef used to work for Ritz and now running this restaurant, which  worth 3 stars or more.
