Nothing beats a female head chef with Michelin Bib Gourmand under her belt!!!  Truly a unique Omakase experience.  Started with tamago to smoke tuna/mackerel to grill mackerel to hot pot of tuna belly to donabe cooked rice to rice bean waffle dessert….everything is done with so much heart and soul (I.e. hand crushed black pepper as garnish)!!!  Pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of food and service.  My belly is very happy and look forward to visit this place again.

山手線沿線に住んでいれば是非一度はねぎまに行くことをオススメします。
年末に伺いましたが、予約が取りづらいのは納得です。皆さん来年の予約をされて帰られてました！
お二人で接客と料理をやられている雰囲気ですが、料理もドリンクもテンポ良く提供されます。
お酒に合う料理が何品か出て、ねぎま鍋を女将さんが作ってくれて提供されます。
脂がほどよく乗ってしっとりしたまぐろがとても美味しいです。
締めに汁かけ飯を食べて満腹になります。
初めてでも優しく接客してくれる女将さんに感謝です。
妻にも好評でしたのでまた伺いたいと思います。

If you live along the Yamanote Line, I highly recommend visiting Negima at least once.
I visited at the end of the year, and it's understandable that it's difficult to get a reservation. Everyone went home with reservations for next year!
The atmosphere is that two people are serving customers and cooking, but the food and drinks are served at a good pace.
There are several dishes that go well with alcohol, and the proprietress makes Negima Nabe and serves it to you.
The moist tuna with just the right amount of fat is very delicious.
To finish off your meal, eat some rice with soup and you'll be full.
I am grateful to the landlady who kindly serves customers even for the first time.
My wife also liked it, so I would like to visit again.

駅のポスターで見かけてから気になってたお店。
料理も美味しいながら接客が丁寧で誰ときても安心。
カウンターとテーブルのみ
卵焼きが絶品です。
だし巻きとは違いますが味がまろやかで甘味が癖になる
子持ち鮎の煮浸しは初めて食べましたが頭から全部食べれて柔らかく日本酒も合います
ねぎま鍋は女将さんが一組ずつ仕上げてくれます
臭みは０でミルでなく砕いた胡椒をかけていただきます。
まぐろはカマとはらもという部位ではらものが個人的に好み
ボリュームもかなりしっかりあるので少食な方は品数少な目のコースがよいかと
唯一の難点は入り口の階段が急なので足の悪い方は厳しいことですかね

I've been interested in this shop ever since I saw it on a poster at the station.
The food is delicious and the customer service is courteous, making everyone feel at ease.

The fried eggs are exquisite.
It's different from dashimaki, but the taste is mellow and the sweetness is addictive.
It was my first time to eat boiled sweetfish with roe, and I could eat the whole thing, starting from the head, and it was soft and went well with sake.
The proprietress prepares each Negima Nabe one by one.
There is no odor and the dish is served with crushed pepper instead of milled.
Tuna has two parts called the kama and the belly, and I personally prefer the belly.
The portions are quite large, so if you're a small eater, you might want to choose a course with fewer items.
The only drawback is that the stairs at the entrance are steep, so it may be difficult for people with walking disabilities.
The restaurant's food and customer service are nothing short of amazing.

江戸前ねぎま。ずっと来たくてなかなか機会に恵まれなかったですが、やっと来れました。
ねぎま鍋はもちろん、こちらの江戸前の玉子焼も食べたかったのです。食べれてよかった。
玉子ふわふわという出汁と溶き玉子を蒸した料理も食べたかったので大満足。香り高い潰したての黒胡椒と一緒に食べます。美味しかったです！
ねぎま鍋もよくこんな鮪が常に使うところだけ手に入るなという感じです。文化を感じながら食べる料理も酒はやっぱり美味しいですね！

Edomae Negima. I've always wanted to come and haven't had the chance, but I finally did.
Not only did I want to try the Negima Nabe, but I also wanted to try the Edomae Tamagoyaki. I'm glad I ate it.
I was also looking forward to trying a dish called Egg Fluffy, which is made with a soup stock and steamed beaten eggs, so I was very satisfied. Serve with fragrant freshly crushed black pepper. It was delicious!
I feel like Negima Nabe is the only place where I can get tuna like this that I always use. The food and sake you can eat while feeling the culture are delicious!
