I’ve eaten in special restaurants before, but very few are so special as to be core memories.

I cannot explain just how sublime the lunch experience at JCL was - the most gracious service even with a child in our small party. The food indescribably good, the balance of textures and flavours a creation of absolute perfection.

Who cares what the price is? In comparison to what we have paid in Paris, Chamonix, or Lyon, it’s under priced.

If you’re in Clermont Ferrand don’t miss the opportunity. Please, take my advice!

Nous avons passé une superbe soirée où tout fût PARFAIT. Le menu avec du bar, du homard, des noix de saint Jacques, ris de veau (et j'en passe)était fantastique. Je tiens à préciser que ma femme ne mangeant rien venant de la mer à été gâtée(nous avions fait part de ses goûts lors de la réservation):tout les plats de "substitution" étaient merveilleux. Le service était rapide et très agréable. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe,nous reviendrons.

We had a wonderful evening where everything was PERFECT. The menu with sea bass, lobster, scallops, sweetbreads (and so on) was fantastic. I would like to point out that my wife, who does not eat anything from the sea, was spoiled (we had shared her tastes when booking): all the "substitution" dishes were wonderful. The service was fast and very pleasant. A big congratulations to the whole team, we will come back.
