I'm unsure how this restaurant only gets four stars. It is excellent. Service was good. High quality ingredients. Incredible selection of wine. Atmosphere was a bit bland, but kinda expected at a bistro attached to a Michelin 🌟 restaurant. Actually good value as well, 50 euros for 3 courses.

Searched for Michelin starred restaurants in Bordeaux and picked this one to try. Everything about the experience was perfect. The drinks, the service, the food, the atmosphere were all spot on. We especially enjoyed the table by the window with the view of the plaza and the river. Michelin award well deserved.

Definitely deserved it's place in Michelin guide. Enjoyed the creative set lunch menu from start to finish.
Even better than last year's visit. Very nice wine from the chateau, new owner of the restaurant.

Had dinner here on our first night in Bordeaux and it was fantastic. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, really low key and comfortable but elegant, and the food was amazing. Very grateful that the staff were happy to speak English with us, we really appreciated it, and the service was wonderful.
