The food was very good, when you first walk in it doesn’t look like a Mexican restaurant but as someone who has traveled to Mexico I can say the food is tastes very traditional. I ordered some creme friyol, as an entrance, which in my opinion was the best dish of the night. I would even tell the chef to make it a main dish, I would have eaten again if I wasn’t so full, so please if you are coming here order it. For the main dish I got the tacos which were also really good. My mom got the ceviche which was really good but she agreed mine was better, and for the main dish she got the picanha. For the dessert we shared the brioche that was also delicious!

The most amazing experience we had while visiting Bordeaux. The drinks and wine were delicious and the food absolutely impeccable. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was basic. 5 tacos for 30 eur ? And only 2 of them good? Definitely you can find much better fast food tacos.
And I get it - it is classic, these are tasting menu. I just have tried much better ones earlier in other places. These are plain, and taste of corn taco just destroyed the taste of everything else. I came for the taco ingredients not the corn chip.

Second problem was main dish - fish with Mexican spices - it was just fish, some mashed potatoes (don't quite remember the side) ans some extremely basic chili pasta spices. The fish got strage odor. I thought maybe it is specific of the fish. Anyways the taste was bistro level at max.

Serving also did not look that good for  place with michelin recommendations.

We had a reservation for a tasting menu, letting the chef know in advance that we are veggie. Best thing of the whole experience was the fact that he took the challenge of creating a veggie menu for us. But that being said, and having spent many years living in México, we did not love the food. Main dish was simply a roasted coliflor, for a 45 eur menu (+drinks) we expected something more creative, and of course Mexican. Service was nice and fun.

Tacos were TERRIBLE. Dry and no flavour. 5 small 10sm diameter tacos for 25 eur. Very disappointed.

Tacos sharing plate is a selection of one-ingredient tacos with no salsa, guacamole, or coriander that [are supposed to] make the unique flavour of Mexican cuisine.

This restaurant probably made its way to the Michelin guide not for tacos... but one should keep the bar high. Very disappointed.
