To start with the final, great strawberry variation with “Sauerampfer” sauce, what a good idea. Poesy. Together with the sweet French Riesling perfectly finished.

Stunning modern cuisine.  The tasting menu was something truly delicious.  Every part of the meal was there for a reason and it was modern, experimental but perfectly cooked and seasoned.  If I could eat here every day I would.  The staff were fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable.
