Had a great meal! We thought we would leave hungry but we ate so much and so well. Very happy! The sommelier was a bit too insisting on us having a bottle while we were happy with a couple of glasses, but otherwise great experience!

Enjoyed a white truffle themed dinner at the gastronomic restaurant (1 Michelin star as of 2024). The food was classic Piamontese with innovative touches. Presentation was only secondary since dishes were generously covered with the local “white gold”. Their cellar is huge and beautiful, worth a visit.

Just had dinner at the restaurant. Excellent food. Unfortunately, the service did not follow. The menu was organized in the typical italian way: appetisers, starters, main courses and desserts. We were a party of six. Everyone ordered two dishes and a dessert. They served first the ones that ordered appetisers, leaving two guests without food, as they have chosen starters. This is an intolerable mistake for a restaurant of this level. In addition, a server tried to refill my wine glsss while i had it in my hand and (what we never do without asking first), spilling wine on my hand and the table.

The location is beautiful. Amazing view and the dining room is gorgeous. Disappointing was the service and the food - not what we expected for a Michelin star restaurant unfortunately.

It is a beautiful dining athmosphere, the wine, and the service were great, however, the primary reason why I visit a restaurant is the food, and the food was simply not at the level that you would expect it to be, considering the fact that this restaurant has a Michelin star. We sent one dish back to the kitchen because it was much too salty, and could not eat one dish because the pairing of ingredients simply did not match and the consistency was unfortunately unenjoyable.
Now, I would usually give 3 stars for something like that, however, because we were charged the full amount for this mediocre experience (despite our honest and polite feedback to the staff), I can not possibly give that. As an excuse, at the end of the dinner, the female guests were given a goodie bag. But the disappointing dishes had also been given to our male friends. I am leaving this place highly disappointed.
