They absolutely deserve a star. From service to food quality and presentation.

We had the five course menu and the truffle pasta as well. Chef created our menu selection together with us so we had a choice in what we got.

Take the truffle dish, you won‘t regret it. I have tried pasta and truffles at a lot of places, this has been the best I ever had.

Top notch experience!

Creative use of local ingredients, such as green olive granita. Great balance of delicate flavours, umami and acidity.

We tried 7 of the dishes, which were all delicious, and from the look of the other dishes, and reactions of the guests, they must have been equally as good.

Relaxing atmosphere, and it seemed like the whole team enjoyed themselves throughout the service.

Would definitely recommend!

Wow, what an amazing experience! This is certainly one of those restaurants that operates at an elite level. The sensory experience of the food and wine in the intimate surrounds was simply perfect and you know that level is only achieved through exceptionally hard work, dedication and experience. Incredible. Amano was a true hidden gem to be discovered in Cagliari. Each dish was a mouth-watering treat but the standout was the truffle dish. A sublime blend of rich, earthy flavours and creamy perfection. The service was impeccable, and of course you’re spoilt for choice with the wine list. A must-visit if you’re in the area.

This is an almost hidden find .
Thanks God we have made a Reservation. The Restaurant has only 5 small tables and one big table.
Fast we have received the menu. The Boss and Chief Cook has informed and explained each offered meals.
We ordered Tuna, Scallops and fish.
Of course all of it is absolutely fresh.
The preparation and presentation is innovative.
You can also order a Menue.  3 course will be charged with 45 €.
It makes sense to order a Starter and a Main Course otherwise the portion might be not big enough.
And you can explore more from the interesting menu.
Beer without alcohol was not available.
Don't forget to make a Reservation right in time!
We will return tomorrow.
