Very large restaurant, good for small and large parties. Went there for lunch midweek and it was somewhat full. Reservations are highly recommended.
The food is truly delicious! Definitely try Romanian doughnuts - better than in other popular places.

After dining I had a somewhat mixed experience. On the positive side, the quality of the food was excellent. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, so no complaints there.

However, I found the prices to be on the high side for what you receive. For instance, a simple salad priced at 17 euros really should come with at least some bread included. Charging that much without offering even a small accompaniment felt unreasonable.

Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time between courses. This really detracted from the overall experience, especially since it wasn’t a particularly busy night.

Another issue was the atmosphere. Non-smokers are seated alongside smokers, which made it very difficult to enjoy the meal. The smell of smoke was overpowering and unpleasant, especially when you're trying to savor the flavors of your food. A clearer separation or a smoke-free environment would significantly improve the dining experience for non-smokers.

In summary, while the food itself was great, the slow service, high prices, and the uncomfortable smoking situation left me feeling disappointed.

We visited this restaurant with full family and we really enjoyed the food , service and atmosphere. Our waiter was Alex and he was very polite and attentive to our request. We like it very much and will back here again.

My visit here was spectacular!

The restaurant of one of the oldest Inns in Bucharest exceeded my expectations. You are greeted with such friendly and professional service. They even speak several languages to make it most comfortable to the guests. They are so professional and friendly I absolutely loved it.

The place is also very well arranged and so beautiful. It is spacious enough and lively.

And the food was so delicious! I ordered the stew, which tastes incredible. The traditional bean soup is also superb. You can also drink a delicious lecker bierchen to enjoy your food to the best. And the dessert was also so tasty.

My visit here surely won’t be the last, highly recommended!

What an amazing evening! Marius Manta our waiter was incredible and very attentive to us constantly making sure we were having a great time. The live music is also a signature of this restaurant and we absolutely love it every time we visit.
We are looking forward to coming back.
