Amazing place with a peaceful atmosphere. I loved watching the cooks calmly prepare such delicious food. I highly recommend the goat meat tacos and the cheesecake for dessert, but I’m confident that anything you try here will make you happy. When you visit, you can truly indulge in the delightful flavors this place has to offer.

Got the menu de gustacion with a bottle of white wine: Latido  de Sara - Do Navarra. Pleasantly good match to the menu. Every bite was a pleasure in the mouth. The ingridients in every dish were just petfectly matched. The tatar had a gentle bite of chilli. Octopus with culiflower pure; match made in heaven. The combination of apple pure with carrillera (cheak) and the brioche bread, exelente, nothing less.  Arroz meloso had tonnes of flavour and the rice had the perfect bite. The cheese cake had a good fat taste of cheese, that stayed pleasently on the pallet. Very well composed dessert. Simple, but loaded with flavour. Do not miss this fantastic restaurant, if you visit Las Palmas. EUR 58 for at 5 incredible dishes incl one bottle of wine, water and Warm wallnut bread with top notch olive oil. That is a pretty good barging in my book. Recommended in the Michelin guide 2024. They deserve that. Book a table and enjoy some spectacular food in a pleasant minimalistic atmosphere and good service from the staff.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal!

Lovely interior, spacious and grand. Food was good (goat tacos, croquetas), beef tartare and cheesecake were excellent, really delicious. My big frustration with the restaurant was the lack of a written or printed menu,  we were given a QR code (which didn't work very well) to look at the menu on our phones. We only had one phone between us so that was frustrating and anyway, I'm out for dinner, I don't want to be looking at my phone. The English translation was also poor, making it all the more frustrating. It's a short menu, it would be so easy to have it printed on a piece of card and would make the dining experience so much more pleasurable. Final frustration - the wines by the glass are not listed, I had to ask and the waiter knew very little about them. They should be on the (printed!) drinks list.

Well, it looked good from the outside and crowded with good reviews. It started not so good, with menu by QR code, I didn't bring my glasses so I asked for some help, which didn't work either so we just went with tasting menu, expensive as it is and only one choice of wine (red or white, bottle for couple). Red was reasonable, but then disasters started. First was something called tartar, but it was lots of fried bread with little meat and lots and tomato and raw eggs and it tasted like raw eggs with ketchup on the fried bread yuck. There was eal with slushy and bitter asparagus, there was chickpeas with some raw pork and supposedly foie which you couldn't smell or taste at all, and whatever in between. The only good thing was cheesecake but it didn't fix the horrible dinner. I tried some tasting menus in my life, but this was the worst ever. Don't go there.
