We had one of the greatest experiences, everything was perfect for us. The ambiance, the serving, the food was amazing. We enjoyed the lunch menu which was perfectly balanced for our tastes. Their Bloody Marry cocktail addition had a lovely taste and this dessert we experienced (ice cream with brioches and blue cheese) was one of the most interesting combinations of tastes I have ever had. I really recommend this place.

Amazing experience from Start to finish, Bernd was so nice and so passionate about his food. The service from the staff was perfect, we had a lovely Lady serve us (unfortunately I forgot her name) but she spoke fluent English and was so enthusiastic about where she works. But above all else the food is amazing, we did the riff taster menu and it did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this restaurant as an experience. I can’t wait for the new location in September, I will definitely be back!

Went for a business lunch meeting with a few colleagues while visiting Valencia.

This place is amazing. The design is very simple, yet elegant.

We chose the tasting menu (of 4 dishes) but actually ended up getting so much more. The chef was surprised and so excited after he asked us for food restrictions, and the four of us just said "nothing, we eat absolutely everything", thst he decide to bring us an extra dish.

Started off with some "snacks" before the first dish. Lots of fresh herbs, and sea food inspired dishes in general.

Then we had eggplant, giant oyster, sardines, and rice. My favorite dish by far was the oyster. A huge one made with a delicious sauce and powder, all from the same oyster, and perfectly fried tempura style.

Desert were also amazing - Thry brought a variety of about 6 different ones. My favorite one was the chocolate ganash with olive oil.

Service was great!

Value for money - 10/10

Will gladly be back.

We had a fantastic evening. The food meet our expectations of a Michelin star restaurant. Great unique flavours from the peanut bread sticks, clear bloody mary through to the lime filled profiteroles. Ivan the sommelier is very knowledgeable and introduced us to orange wine and recommended a bottle to us which was gorgeous. Paula our server was extremely friendly and informed us of all the different tastes and ingredients in our dishes. We also appreciated that Bernd the chef and owner came and served some of our dishes and spoke to us about where he sourced his produce.
