Delightful! For the main dishes, the chiperones were the best we have ever had, and the bonito was quite tasty as well. The meat fell a bit flat for us, as did the wine pairing. incredible food, amazing wines, feeling at home in an very special restaurant. the long menu was my choice, and I did not regret it at all.  I skipped the cheese (bad for my at night) but I should come back for lunch to try one of the best cheese carts in Madrid. Vegetables are trully outstanding and the pullarda was a feast. the final soufflé was a fantastic note. all of this accompanied by and outstanding wine choice and the most friendly yet ultra professional service.
