It is a lovely and cozy place. The room is spacious and has a rustic feel. We stayed in a room with a fantastic view of the lake. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Walking up to the hotel with bags can be a bit of a challenge since it is a steep walk.

Loved this place. I wasn’t sure what to expect - being an Australian - and was quite surprised with how friendly the hotel staff are, along with the spacious rooms. It definitely has a rustic feel, and is quite old, but it is worth ‘giving them ago’.

It’s a boutique hotel located right in the city BUT recommend to take taxi or bus from the train station. It seems not far from the train station but the way up is a steep journey. We walked up when we arrived but on the way back we took a taxi which costs around CHF 25. Worth it!

The room even not with a lake view is nice. Mountain view is so beautiful.

The hotel is close to the center and the train station. The view from the room is sensational. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

The Hotel Chesa Languard is excellent. Our stay was very pleasant – spacious and comfortable apartment, well-heated bathroom, including the towels. The large window with a view of the lake and the mountains is simply amazing. Although the hotel is small, it is extremely welcoming. The Argentine attendant was very friendly and even communicates in Spanish, Italian, and English. The common area is decorated with beautiful wooden furniture. Additionally, there is space to leave luggage after check-out and before check-in, which is very convenient.

I suggest providing a small map (it can be online) for guests arriving by the Bernina Express. I was suggested to take a taxi, but if you are not carrying much luggage, it is quite easy to walk there.
